Refund and Cooling-off Policy

Cooling-off period: 7 days

If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the date your payment was confirmed ("cooling-off period"). Write to us on WhatsApp ((to be added)) or email ((to be added)) with your order number. No reason is needed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show the money. Your course access ends when the refund is processed.

After the cooling-off period

After 7 days, refunds are given only if we could not provide the service (for example, a long technical failure on our side) or where the law requires it.

Effect on Sarthi Partner commission

Commission on a sale stays "pending" during the cooling-off period. If the buyer is refunded, all commission on that sale is reversed automatically and nobody is paid for it.
