Terms of Use

Draft for legal review. These terms apply to digitalsarthi.org and the Digital Sarthi member area, operated by (to be added) ("Digital Sarthi", "we"), (to be added).

1. The service

Digital Sarthi sells online learning for adults. The main product, AI for Parents, gives one year of access to video lessons from the date your payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically. Digital Sarthi helps parents guide their children; it does not replace teachers or schools and does not give legal, tax, medical or financial advice.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password and OTPs private; we will never ask for them. One account is for one person. Course videos are for your personal use and are watermarked with your name; copying, recording or sharing them is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed without refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees including GST. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). You receive a GST invoice for every purchase.

5. Sarthi Partner program (optional)

Any member may share Digital Sarthi using a personal link. Commission is paid only on real purchases of products by customers, never for joining, registering or recruiting. Commission becomes payable only after the cooling-off period, after KYC (PAN and bank account in your own name), and after TDS and any fees shown in your wallet. Partners must not make income claims, must not promise results, must not pressure anyone to buy, and must follow the Anti-pyramid Policy and the Income Disclosure. We may withhold or reverse commission obtained by misrepresentation, self-purchase or fraud.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, the AI assistant or WhatsApp messages, try to break security, or post content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading. Personal pages (micro-sites) are moderated and may be disabled.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep lessons accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact our Grievance Officer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Important changes are announced in the member area.
