Digital Sarthi is an online learning program from Nagpur that helps mothers, and every parent or guardian, become digitally confident and AI-ready. You learn to help your child with homework, keep your family safe online and grow yourself. If you use a mobile phone, have internet and want to use it better, it is for you. Beginners are welcome and no English is needed.

You get 20 recorded practical videos with smartphone demonstrations, in simple Hindi and Hinglish. They cover phone and internet basics, AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, homework help, exam preparation, school projects, family online safety and your own growth. You also get a member area with progress and notes, a certificate on completion, one year of access, your personal referral link and free digital marketing tools.

On the Business & Plan page. It shows the full price with GST included, what you get, and that there is no monthly fee and no auto-renewal. Creating an account is free; you pay only when you buy the course. The same page also explains the optional business plan.

Yes. The first videos start from the very first tap: searching, email, online forms and safe digital payments. Every video is a demonstration on a smartphone, spoken in simple Hindi, and you can pause and repeat it as many times as you need. If you already use your phone well, you can go straight to the AI videos. If you get stuck, ask us on WhatsApp.

The videos are in simple spoken Hindi and Hinglish, the way families talk at home. Technical words such as app, link or OTP stay in English so you recognise them on your phone. The website, member area, help messages and WhatsApp support are available in Hindi and English; choose your language with the EN | हिं switch at the top.

No. Learning is the main purpose, and most members simply learn. Sharing Digital Sarthi as a Sarthi Partner is completely optional. Nobody is paid for joining, and nobody is paid for recruiting people. A partner earns a commission only when a family they introduced actually buys the course. You can watch every video without ever sharing your link.

You learn to ask AI for hints, simple explanations and practice questions instead of final answers. Your child does the thinking, and you check the work together. This keeps learning honest, saves time on hard chapters and lets you guide your child even in subjects you studied long ago. Nobody knows your child better than you; AI is only the tool.

AI tools can be useful, but children need guidance. The course suggests simple family rules: use AI together for homework, never share personal details or photos, check answers with the textbook, and keep screens in shared rooms. It also covers privacy, screen time and online bullying. We give general family guidance, not medical or legal advice.

Most frauds share the same signs: urgency, a short link, a prize, or a request for money or an OTP. The course shows common examples such as fake KYC calls and OTP traps, and what to do in the first minute. The main rule is simple: never share an OTP, and call the person or bank back on a number you already trust.

Access lasts one year from the day your payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically, and we never charge you again without your action. Before your year ends, we remind you on WhatsApp so you can decide whether to continue.

Yes. After you log in, the videos play inside your member area on any smartphone, tablet or computer. They are streamed securely, so you need an internet connection, and each video shows your name as a watermark to protect it from copying. Your place in each video is saved, so you can stop anytime and continue later. Three demonstration videos are free to watch on the Free Videos page.

Yes. Every account is created with a Referral ID: the ID of the person who told you about Digital Sarthi. If you opened their link, it is filled in for you. If nobody referred you, you can use the Digital Sarthi Support ID shown on the sign-up page.

Yes. The Refund policy page explains the terms in full, and they are shown before you pay. In short, if you change your mind you can ask for a refund within the cooling-off period of 7 days from payment by writing to us on WhatsApp or email. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

We cannot promise any income. Income disclosure: most partners earn little or nothing; earnings depend on real sales and effort. Commission is paid only when a family you introduced really buys the course, after the cooling-off period, and after TDS. Positions from Executive to Board Member recognise people who help larger teams learn, but they promise nothing.

No. We do not need your child's name, school, photo or date of birth. At most we ask for an optional age band, such as 6 to 10 years, to suggest suitable videos. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, collect only what is needed to run your account, and explain everything in our privacy policy, including how to ask us to delete your data.
